What is Nutrition Coaching?
As a nutrition coach I can provide you with the nutritional knowledge, accountability, and goal setting strategies to help you achieve your nutrition, wellness, and lifestyle goals.

We discuss where you have been and where you want to go with your nutrition, wellness, fitness, and lifestyle goals and set up a plan together to reach them.

After we have had our assessment, we check-in with each other to progress and modify our plan to make sure we are optimizing the path towards your goals.
A little about me as your coach!
Food has always been a passion of mine. From learning about nutrition to improving my gut health to just plain loving a fancy meal out on the town. Food is my jam.
However, I learned at an early age how overwhelming the food and nutrition world can be and how hard it can be to navigate sometimes.
I once was that teenager battling with what to eat, self-esteem and body image issues, munching on 100 calorie snack packs and avoiding bagels at all cost.
Enter my early university years, where I started battling IBS and navigating the healthcare world to try to find a professional and the resources that would be able to tell me how to manage my symptoms and feel like myself again.
Fast forward to today where I have finally found a balance that leaves me (and my gut) feeling healthy, happy, and in control of my food choices, without feeling so overwhelmed.
Society and the information overload out there can make finding this balance on your own super difficult. I have had a lot of helpers along my journey that I am so grateful for. But in all honesty, I had to do a lot of grunt work on my own. And that is why I am so eager to share all the knowledge and experience I have gained! In the hopes that you don't have to go through the same lengthy journey to find your definition of balance.
