Low FODMAP Lime Cilantro Dressing
Ingredients
- 8 tbsp garlic-infused olive oil
- 8 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 0.25 cup chopped cilantro
- zest of 1 lime
- pinch of red pepper chilli flakes
Directions
- 1. Clean and finely chop the cilantro.
- 2. In a jar that can be closed tightly, combine garlic-infused olive oil, lime juice, maple syrup, chopped cilantro, lime zest, and red pepper chilli flakes.
- 3. fasten the lid of the jar tightly and shake up the ingredients to mix throughly.
- 4. ENJOY!

Overall this is a low FODMAP recipe but playing around with portion sizes, substituting ingredients, and the amount of each ingredient can be helpful if you react to any of these foods!
